Job summary

SAWS LLC, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is hiring Assistant Managers for Riverside and San Diego Counties to develop Shift Leads and Crew and deliver great guest experiences as we grow from 7 to 20 stores.

Assistant Managers can earn up to $52K/year and benefit from career development, training opportunities, healthcare, tuition discounts, paid time off, and complimentary beverages and meals.

Qualifications

• Food handler’s card required (can be obtained after hiring)
• Ability to work full time with variable hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing store goals and guest service.
• Coach and develop Shift Leads and Crew.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Recruiting, hiring, onboarding and development of crew members.
