Job summary

Dunkin SAWS LLC in Riverside and San Diego Counties is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering strong store performance and guest experience. You will lead and develop Shift Leads and Crew, while ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or quick-service environment preferred.
• Food handler's card required (can be obtained after hire).
• Willingness to work full-time with variable hours including mornings, evenings, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing store goals for financial performance and guest service.
• Coach and strengthen Shift Leads and Crew.
• Serve as a resource for store operations, staffing, policies, and guest issue resolution.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and hospitality standards.
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and development of crew members.
