Dunkin | SAWS LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for multiple locations in Riverside and San Diego Counties. You will support the General Manager in achieving financial and guest service goals, while coaching Shift Leads and Crew to deliver exceptional hospitality.

Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, training, and ensuring food safety standards. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth as the chain expands from 7 to 20 stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant/quick-service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to motivate team.

• Ability to coach and develop shift leads and crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in overseeing store operations and guest service goals.
