Dairy Queen in Cedar Falls, IA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and food products while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Qualified candidates have 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a HS diploma or GED, and are 18+ with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must pass background and motor vehicle checks; ServSafe/Food Handler permits preferred where required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management or similar food service experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background and motor vehicle record checks required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification preferred where required.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
