Dairy Queen is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who delivers quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

The role requires 2+ years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license and reliable transportation; candidates must pass background and motor vehicle checks and hold a Food Handler’s Permit or

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
