Burger King is seeking an Assistant Manager to help drive restaurant performance in Nashville. You will partner with the RGM to deliver operational excellence, coach teams, and ensure guest satisfaction while meeting financial goals.

You’ll lead shifts, maintain quality and safety standards, and support scheduling, labor efficiency, and training initiatives to develop a high-performing team and strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments such as restaurants or retail.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests with energy and guiding the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coach and develop Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills and growth.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, encouraging ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Monitor inventory, manage orders and assets, ensure maintenance, and exercise strong cash-control decisions.
• Support profitability and guest satisfaction through effective leadership and daily execution.
