Job summary

Burger King® in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive restaurant performance and develop a high-performing team. You will lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold BK standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.

You’ll also support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, and ensuring maintenance and cash-control practices, while contributing to guest satisfaction and growth

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts, coach and develop Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Support key performance goals including sales growth, labor efficiency, and guest satisfaction scores.
