Love's Travel Stops in Ohio is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to help lead staff, manage operations, and drive sales while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will support the Restaurant Manager with scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and excellent service, with opportunities for tuition assistance, benefits, and career development in a well-established national chain.

Competenze

• 1+ years restaurant management experience.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

Mansioni

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager with proper task execution and completion, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work with the team to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner to maximize customer service expectations and results.
• Understand financial reporting to include analyzing profit and loss statements and affecting changes to capture and capitalize on opportunities.
• Collaborate with Restaurant Manager in the efforts of talent acquisition.
