Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) invites applications for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and deliver friendly, personalized service with great food in a clean, inviting setting. Work closely with the District Manager and team to uphold standards.

We seek a self-motivated team player who can lead in a fast-paced environment and contribute to exceptional guest experiences. Training and development are provided, with opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing with access to private transportation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Maintain day-to-day financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orientate team.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff and manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set the tone for a fun, family environment in the restaurant.
