The role requires leadership in a high-volume setting, flexibility for weekend shifts, and a valid Driver's License. You will train and coach team members to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service context.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations to meet standards and goals.
• Create and manage staff schedules.
• Interview, hire, train and orient new team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; manage team relations.
• Ensure proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Set a positive tone for a fun, welcoming family environment.
