Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in a high-volume food service concept.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High School diploma or equivalent and ability to meet state/federal requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Support General Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure health, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview and train team members.
