TACO BELL in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support the general manager in daily operations, staff development, and delivering top-tier guest experiences.

You will lead shifts, ensure food safety compliance, manage costs, and drive profitability while maintaining brand standards. This role offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or assistant management role in a restaurant environment.
• Ability to lead, mentor and train restaurant staff to meet standards.
• Solid knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: oversee daily ops, cash handling, shift management.
• Team Management: supervise crew and shift leads, schedule staffing, coach performance.
• Customer Satisfaction: ensure high service standards and guest experience.
• Financial Management: monitor sales, costs and budgeting, analyze reports.
• Inventory and Supply: manage stock, ordering, rotation and waste control.
• Compliance and Safety: enforce health and safety, audits and policies.
• Communication: coordinate with GM, staff and HQ on updates and metrics.
