You will lead shifts, train and coach crew members, manage schedules, and monitor compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within the restaurant industry.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manage shifts to support the restaurant general manager.
• Monitor cleanliness, sanitation standards, and adherence to food safety regulations.
• Ensure efficient use of resources to maximize profitability and minimize waste.
• Supervise and train restaurant crew members and shift managers, providing coaching to enhance performance.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing levels to meet service needs.
• Conduct performance evaluations and, if needed, disciplinary actions in collaboration with the restaurant manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address inquiries and maintain hospitality standards.
• Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and labor reports to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage inventory and ordering to meet operational needs and minimize shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies.
• Communicate updates with staff and corporate HQ and collaborate across teams.
