Job summary

Wendy's in Indiana is seeking an experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to support a service culture that delights customers and drives sales. You will train staff on food safety, supervise teams, and lead huddles and manager meetings to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities include coaching, scheduling, and executing the Daily Operations Plan while partnering with other managers to optimize guest experience and sales growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Three years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• 1 year or more of supervisory experience in restaurant, retail, customer service, or equivalent.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Train, monitor and reinforce food safety procedures per policies.
• Coach and retrain managers and provide corrective actions with GM/DM support.
• Train crews via team huddles, manager meetings and other communications.
• Supervise crew and Team Trainers to maximize retention.
• Create a service culture designed to delight every customer.
• Lead selling culture with OSAT, incentives and ticket growth.
• Analyze results and coach selling behaviors with action plans.
• Manage labor scheduling to meet coverage and targets weekly.
• Partner with managers to set Daily Operations Plan for execution.
• Address VOC feedback and resolve issues with leadership.
