Dairy Queen in Minnesota is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to deliver quality customer service and great food, following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards. You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities to enhance the guest experience.

The role requires leadership, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in restaurant management as Shift Manager/Assistant Manager or similar.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
