The Restaurant Assistant Manager at Dairy Queen in Rosemount, MN delivers quality customer service and food products following Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards while supporting and learning restaurant management duties.

This role requires leadership, strong English communication, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and background checks are required; ServSafe or Food Handler

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar management role.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
