DiBella's Old Fashioned Submarines, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead the crew, deliver friendly customer service, and manage daily shift duties. You will set the example on service quality and guide staff to maintain a positive dining experience for guests.

The role requires previous restaurant experience, leadership skills, and the ability to handle schedule, subs preparation, and register operations. This position emphasizes teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to work on occasion nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Required frequently: standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
