Job Description

• Manage all areas to achieve positive and consistent sales growth while meeting or exceeding company goals in all profit and loss categories
• Manage entire restaurant operations, including daily decision making, staff support, guest interaction, scheduling, and sanitation
• Interview, hire, and train high-quality hourly candidates
• Conduct orientation and training for new employees
• Provide consistent feedback to employees for development
• Prepare shift reports such as Sales, Cash, Labor, etc.
• Ensure a safe environment to reduce injuries and accidents
• Protect employees, guests, and assets with proper security procedures

Requirements
