CHOPT Creative Salad Co. is hiring Assistant Managers in Westlake, OH. The role involves leading a team, ensuring outstanding guest service, and upholding food safety standards.

You will participate in a Management in Training program and advance through a development path as the restaurant grows. This position requires prior restaurant management, ServSafe and state food safety certifications, and the ability to train staff while maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant management or supervisory experience.
• ServSafe certification and city/state food safety certifications.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and employees.
• Skill in using a computer and/or tablet.
• Manual dexterity to operate cutting tools and kitchen utensils.
• Capability to occasionally move or transport items up to 25 pounds.

CHOPT Assistant Manager

Hours per week: 40(OT may be scheduled or worked based on business needs)

We expect our Assistant Managers to support the restaurant & their General Manager by:
