Job summary

Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral seeks an entry-level hourly manager who will be cross-trained in all restaurant roles and gain hands-on knowledge in ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning. You will work with General and Associate Managers and complete a certification program to develop in-store management skills.

You will assist in food production and operations, ensuring quality, hospitality and cleanliness across front and back of house using Golden Corral systems.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in the food service industry, preferably in a management capacity in a high-volume restaurant with diversified menu offering.
• Education and training associated with completion of a high school diploma and college coursework in hospitality or business is preferred.
• Position requires standing and walking for periods of 2-5 hours without a rest break, task sequencing and the completion of complex administrative responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food production and operations of the back of the house and front of the house using Golden Corral products, recipes, procedures and company systems to ensure standards for quality food, hospitality and cleanliness.
• During times when a salaried restaurant manager is not on duty in the restaurant, the Assistant Manager assumes the front of the house and back of the house management responsibilities.
• Cross-trained in all skill positions within the restaurant and gain knowledge of operational tasks including ordering, receiving, storage, and menu planning.
