Job summary

Gennaros Cafe in Pittsburgh seeks a versatile team member to assist the Owner/Manager in the evenings, handling front-of-house and some back-of-house tasks. The right candidate learns quickly, multitasks, and projects a great personality to welcome guests.

Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus, as are social media posting for specials, menus, and cocktails. Bookkeeping is a bonus but not required; a can-do team player with leadership potential will excel.

This person will assist the Owner/Manager or our Family Owned & Operated Restaurante. This position will require someone with the ability to learn fast, multitask, and host the front door in the evenings. The right person for this position will have a great personality with an ability to deal with both the front and back of house. Knowledge of Toast POS is a big plus as well as social media type skills for daily posting of specials, menus, cocktails. Book keeping is another plus but not necessary. A person who walks in a room and knows what it needs to look like at all times. A can-do person who loves to work as a team yet has some leadership qualities, but knows how to take directions.
