The Assistant General Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant General Manager in managing the restaurant's operations, including but not limited to:

1. Training, developing, and mentoring staff
2. Creating a warm, welcoming work and dining environment
3. Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
4. Maximizing store sales and profit goals
5. Maintaining QSC standards
6. Ensuring protection of Wendy's brand and assets
7. Demonstrating drive for results
8. Going above and beyond to serve our guests

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or equivalent & all documents required by law
• Minimum of two (2) years Shift Supervisor or 1-year Assistant Manager experience, preferably in high-volume QSR &/or fast casual concepts
• Flexibility to work 50-55 hours per week, rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid driver's license in good standing & access to private transportation
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of cost of goods sold
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented, customer-focused
