Salary:

$40,000 - $60,000 per year

Minimum Requirements:

• One year of management-related experience
• Open availability (50 hours/week) to work opening, mid, and closing shifts

Responsibilities:

• Hiring, training, and developing team members
• Managing successful shifts in front of house and back of house
• Building the business through Genuine Hospitality
• Supervising expenses related to labor, food, and product orders
• Interacting with guests to ensure a memorable experience
