Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Columbia, SC is hiring a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts and motivate the crew. You will step in when the GM or AM is not on duty, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations.

You bring leadership, excellent communication, and a team-first attitude. This role offers nights, weekends, and holiday hours with opportunities for growth within Thrive Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or retail leadership experience is a major plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coach a fast-paced team.
• Flexible with hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when GM/AM are not on duty.
• Maintain high guest experience and energy on the floor.
• Assist with training and coaching of crew.
• Help manage inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Step in across roles as needed (register, grill, line, prep).
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly.
