Job summary

QDOBA Mexican Eats in Easley, SC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead fast-paced shifts, support a positive guest experience, and help keep operations running smoothly.

As a key on-site leader, you’ll guide the team, assist with training, handle inventory and cash, and step in wherever needed to deliver great food and vibes for customers.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced setting, preferably hospitality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills under pressure.
• Flexible with nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts when managers are not on duty.
• Maintain guest experience and ensure quick service.
• Assist with training and coaching of staff.
• Assist with inventory, cash handling, and daily operations.
• Perform other duties as needed on the floor.
