Job summary

Thrive Restaurant Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor for QDOBA Mexican Eats in North Carolina. You will lead a fast-paced team, ensure top-notch guest experiences, and support daily operations with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant or retail leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. This role offers growth opportunities within the Thrive family.
