About The Role

As the Assistant Manager in a Wonder restaurant, you will support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning and success. You will work closely with the team to foster a positive environment, prioritize food and team member safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage Operations and Drive Results
  2. Assist General Manager in developing, engaging, inspiring, and motivating staff
  3. Recruit and train top talent
  4. Help achieve operational goals and budget targets
  5. Maintain clear communication about team achievements, priorities, and protocols
  6. Optimize staff deployment for efficiency
  7. Resolve operational obstacles to drive sales and service efficiency
  8. Supervise inventory and food safety protocols, ensuring adherence to guidelines
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development
Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and security standards
Provide Best in Class Customer Service
  • Ensure all team members deliver excellent customer service
The experience you have
  • At least two years of restaurant supervisory or management experience in high-volume QSR or full-service restaurant
  • Ability to manage and develop teams of 15+ members
  • Leadership in fast-paced environments
  • Attention to detail, efficiency, and accuracy
  • Professionalism and adherence to policies

  • Strong team player
Requirements
  • Must be 21+ and authorized to work in the US
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for full shifts
  • Open availability, including nights and weekends
  • Current Food Handlers Certification
