Via 313 is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will coach staff, ensure hospitality excellence, and support sales and operational targets in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and maintaining high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction at our Cedar Park location.

Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000
