Via 313 Pizzeria San Antonio (Medical Center) is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, mentor future leaders, and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to cultivate a guest-centric culture, coach team members, and optimize labor, costs, and guest satisfaction. The role offers a competitive salary with a potential bonus program and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Support hiring, training, and retention efforts while helping build a high-performing team.
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
• Ensure quality, cleanliness, food safety, and hospitality standards are consistently met.
• Monitor labor, inventory, scheduling, and other key business metrics.
• Serve as a leader on the floor, supporting both Front of House and Back of House operations.
• Partner with the General Manager to achieve restaurant goals and develop future leaders.
• Respond to guest feedback and help create raving fans of the Via 313 brand.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
Potential Annual Bonus: Up to $6,500 ($500 per period)
