Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Bethlehem, PA, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and profitability. You will partner with the RGM to manage a 20–45 person team, ensure excellent guest service, and coach staff for stronger performance.

The AGM drives inventory control, cash handling, maintenance, and adherence to brand standards, while maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area and efficient speed of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience; management experience preferred.
• Some understanding of P&L interpretation to influence profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees profitability by managing inventory and cash controls and ensuring asset protection.
• Places and tracks inventory orders and ensures facility maintenance per standards.
• Directs guest service to meet fast, accurate, and friendly expectations.
• Coaches Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Directs operations for timely food prep and sales while upholding brand standards.
• Performs Shift Coordinator duties when needed.

Now Hiring: Assistant General Manager (AGM)Location: Bethlehem, PAPosition OverviewThe Assistant General Manager (AGM) is the operations leader of the restaurant, focused on profitability, guest service, people development, and operations management. The Assistant General Manager (AGM) supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in managing the daily operations of a single restaurant and driving key performance outcomes.
