Qualifications

• Min 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high-volume food service.

• Flexibility to work 50–55 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
• Must meet background screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, and train team members.
• Coach, counsel and develop staff; monitor team relations and performance.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation standards are met; maintain equipment and facility.
