6 Degrees Search is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work closely with the GM and drive daily restaurant operations. The AGM will step in for the GM as needed, manage shifts, coach staff, and uphold service standards in a high-volume dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM with daily restaurant operations
• Independently run shifts and manage the restaurant

• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, organization, and readiness; handle guest concerns and recovery
• Assist with training and onboarding
• Help maintain inventory and operational controls
• Communicate issues and opportunities to the GM
• Take ownership of problems and follow them through to resolution
