Job summary

Level99 in Natick, MA is seeking a Team Lead to support the floor, coach performance in real time, and ensure every Guest experience runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who leads by example, stays hands-on, and takes ownership of both Team performance and Venue standards.

You'll maintain a strong presence on the floor, train new team members, and help resolve guest concerns in a fast-paced entertainment setting. Friday and weekend availability is required.

• Train new Team Members using structured, hands-on training methods

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Friday and weekend availability — a must; flexible schedule including days, nights, and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active for 8+ hour shifts; lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Strong verbal communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

OTHER DESIRABLE (BUT NOT NECESSARY) SKILLS & EXPERIENCE INCLUDE

• 1+ year in a Leadership or training role
• Hospitality, retail, or entertainment background
• Public speaking or performance background

$18 - $19 an hour

While we don’t expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we’re looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
