Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services in Tinton Falls, NJ. You will lead dining operations across restaurant, cafe and supervisory roles, driving efficiency and resident satisfaction.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in dining management, weekend availability, and the ability to supervise multiple venues with large teams. Compensation ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 annually, with an 8% bonus potential.

Location: Seabrook Village by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as an Assistant General Manager of Dining Services at Seabrook, a Continuing Care Retirement Community in Tinton Falls, NJ. As the AGM, you'll lead a passionate team, oversee dining room and cafe operations, and support all aspects of mealtime service. You'll ensure the overall efficiency of the kitchen, cafe, and dining rooms, making a meaningful impact on our team members and residents while advancing your career with us.

Compensation

• Commensurate with experience from $55,000-$60,000 annually, plus bonus opportunity up to 8%.

This is a full-time, benefits eligible role requiring weekdays and every other weekend.

How you will make an impact

• Oversee the scheduling, training, hiring, coaching, and development of all employees in the restaurant, cafe, and supervisory positions.
• Ensure that food is properly portioned, plates are attractively presented, and service meets established standards.
• Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, kitchen, storage areas, and loading dock.
• Ensure that dining staff complies with safety regulations and adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in programs and activities designed to enhance employee and resident satisfaction.

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in dining room management, service, and sanitation (up to 1 year of dietetics experience may be substituted) required
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proven ability to supervise multiple venues and manage large teams
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
