Erickson Senior Living’s Seabrook Village is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to deliver psychosocial support, conduct resident assessments and help determine residency levels for safe, quality living.

You will build referral networks, educate residents on Advanced Directives, and support care planning. Competitive compensation with bonus potential.

• Minimum of 3 years of social work experience in a healthcare setting.
• Knowledge of the geriatric population and dementia is preferred.
