Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: $60,500.00 - $75,680.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner to ensure seamless day-to-day operations with a strong commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and the second in command, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers, and create an exceptional and memorable experience for guests and team members. The Assistant General Manager is also a culture champion for our people, striving for continuous improvement and embracing the 'better for being here' mentality.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age
• 2 years of management experience
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate team dedicated to hospitality and service
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Ability to obtain required certifications/permits as mandated by state/local law
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of local and state health codes
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and Hotschedules
• Experience managing a team
