Job Description

Our locations feature multiple full-service restaurants serving authentic Italian dishes made with seasonal ingredients, including meat, seafood, pasta, pizza, and street food. The Restaurant Assistant General Manager oversees daily operations of one or more restaurants, reporting to the General Manager of Restaurants.

  • Manage restaurant operations to maximize profitability while maintaining quality and guest experience standards
  • Work actively on the floor, engaging with staff and guests
  • Hire, train, motivate, evaluate, and terminate team members as needed
  • Provide coaching and feedback to foster team growth
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Coordinate with other departments and corporate for planning and events
  • Handle incidents involving employees or guests
  • Ensure a high level of hospitality within the team and towards guests
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Associate Degree
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a large restaurant team
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and business skills
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Italian cuisine and wine is highly preferred

Job Requirements

  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending, and squatting

Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
