Job summary

Red Robin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant General Manager to partner with the Managing Partner for smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

You will be the brand ambassador, uphold standards, supervise cost centers, and drive continuous improvement while fostering a culture of hospitality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and exceptional leadership skills; motivate, inspire & develop a dedicated team.
• Strong P&L knowledge and ability to manage costs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations.
• Act as a true second in command and uphold company standards.

Restaurant Assistant General Manager

Compensation Range: 55,000.00 - 70,500.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager position is responsible for partnering with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless day-to-day operations with an unwavering commitment to excellence. As a Brand ambassador and a true second in charge, they uphold company standards, oversee cost centers and create an unparalleled and memorable experience for our Guests and Team Members. The Assistant General Manager is a culture champion for our people and strives for continuous improvement while embracing the better for being here mentality.
