Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr

Compensation Range: $55,000.00 - $68,800.00

The Restaurant Assistant General Manager partners with the Restaurant Managing Partner for seamless daily operations, upholding company standards, overseeing cost centers, and creating memorable experiences for guests and team members. They serve as a culture champion, striving for continuous improvement and embodying the 'better for being here' mentality.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years or older
• Minimum 2 years management experience
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and develop a team
• Strong P&L knowledge
• Ability to obtain necessary certifications/licenses
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of local and state health codes
• Experience with Workday, Aloha, NBO, and HotSchedules
• Previous team management experience
