Assistant General Manager – Fast-Paced, High-Volume Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic and growing restaurant brand. As part of a privately held restaurant group, we prioritize career growth and operational excellence. With multiple locations opened in 2024 and continued expansion planned for 2025, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader looking to grow with us.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in high-volume environments, is passionate about guest service and culinary excellence, and values collaboration and team development.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all front-of-house (FOH) operations while supporting the culinary team to ensure seamless service.

  • Provide positive leadership, coaching, and staff development to foster long-term success.

  • Assist the General Manager in reviewing financials, including P&L statements, to drive profitability and efficiency.

  • Maintain a strong guest-focused presence, ensuring exceptional service through table touches and proactive interactions.

  • Uphold and enforce safety and sanitation standards to maintain top-tier operational excellence.

  • Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to ensure efficient, high-quality, and profitable food operations.

  • Lead by example, using strong interpersonal skills to train and develop staff through a hands-on approach.
