Job Summary

The Assistant General Manager has accountability for the successful operation, growth, and prosperity of an assigned Fazoli’s Restaurant through the execution of People, Sales, and Profit.

Primary Duties

• People: Assists the General Manager in developing the restaurant team through internal development processes, performance management, and ensuring standards and financial goals are met.
• Sales: Builds community relationships, participates in community affairs, and executes marketing plans to increase sales.
• Profit: Maximizes restaurant profitability by maintaining effective management practices, policies, controls, and promoting a safe work environment.

All candidates must complete required training and certifications, including SERV Safe, and be flexible to work various hours and locations.

Work Conditions

Typically performed in a restaurant environment with moderate noise. Must be able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks.
