Job summary

Tc4 & Co Hospitality seeks an experienced General Manager or Assistant Manager for Tony C’s New York Style Pizza in Austin, TX. Lead operations, sales generation, staff development and guest satisfaction in a high-volume setting, with a focus on exceptional hospitality.

The role requires prior restaurant leadership, strong operational know-how, and a passion for delivering top-tier service in a fast-paced environment. Competitive salary and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant experience in a leadership role.
• Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant with a full bar.
• Ability to manage operations, people and guest experience while maintaining quality.
• Proven results-driven and trustworthy with a team-oriented approach.
• Passion for the restaurant industry and operational excellence.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Pre-employment screening required post offer.

Responsibilities
