Job summary

Farmer Boys is looking for a Manager, Business Analytics & Reporting to partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, and other teams to turn financial, operational, labor, guest, and people data into actionable insights that boost restaurant performance. You will develop financial and operational reporting, analyze trends, and support strategic initiatives to help leaders make informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Four or more years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, operations services, FP&A, creating budgets, reporting, or a related analytical role.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and business insights that support operational decision-making.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Basic to intermediate SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial, operational, labor, guest, and people metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring business reports.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve profitability, operational execution, and guest satisfaction.
• Leading operational budgeting, forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.
• Translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations for business leaders.
