Job summary

Farmer’s Fridge, a leader in fresh, chef-curated meals and bite-sized snacks, seeks a highly analytical finance leader. You will partner with Manufacturing and Fulfillment to drive cost performance, build driver-based models, and translate insights into actionable initiatives across operations and planning.

The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic finance leadership. 75% of the time focuses on Operations Finance and cost management in manufacturing and distribution, with the remainder

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, Operations Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Manufacturing Finance, or a similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Manufacturing and Fulfillment to understand cost drivers.
• Build driver-based models for labor, materials, packaging, distribution, and other costs.
• Establish cost targets and reporting for performance and opportunities.
• Collaborate with plant and distribution teams to investigate variances and action plans.
• Support FP&A on planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management presentations.
