Qualifikationen

• Minimum 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years hands-on restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe certified preferred or able to obtain certification.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Manage and direct all hourly employees, including scheduling and time-off requests.
• Lead shifts as management representative, coach staff, and enforce rules and standards.
• Direct kitchen and service operations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction; monitor food costs, inventory, and energy use.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Oversee training for Front of House and Back of House staff on Ruby Tuesday policies.
• Manage equipment, repairs, and safety procedures; respond to guest recovery situations.
• Implement new initiatives, product rollouts, and maintain core values in daily operations.
