CAVA in Brandon, FL is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the General Manager and Area Leader. You will help set store action plans, manage schedules, forecast labor, oversee inventory, and develop hourly Team Members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience in hospitality, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record in customer service,

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
