Qualifications

• High School diploma plus 1+ year in health and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal communication and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with databases or member management systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversees recovery suite areas – both complimentary and paid services; interacts with participants and monitors equipment and participant safety.
• Provides direct program services in a variety of recovery technologies (e.g., cryotherapy, hydrotherapy, compression, red light).
• Acts as first point of contact for members seeking to relax and rejuvenate.
• Assists with marketing and Whole Health programming.
