Job summary

HealthFitness, a Trustmark company, seeks an enthusiastic Recreation Assistant to join the Walton Family Whole Health & Fitness recreation team in Bentonville, AR. This on-call role supports planning, promotion, and execution of diverse recreation activities for all ages.

You will assist with events, enrollments, and desk duties, while ensuring safety and great customer experiences. Flexible schedule with opportunities for private lessons.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to organize and coordinate recreation activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting and running recreation events, including tournaments and play events.
• Help guests at the recreation desk with enrollment, purchases, reservations, and equipment checkout.
• Handle racquet restringing, minor court/equipment maintenance, and event setup/teardown.
• Support other duties as needed by the recreation team.
