Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking dependable Attendants to help keep a Safety Rest Area in Columbus, GA clean, safe, and welcoming for travelers. You will perform cleaning, maintenance, and grounds work under the Site Supervisor, with emphasis on teamwork and quality.

The role requires lifting 50-60 lbs, occasional overtime, and a valid driver's license; earlier duties include restrooms, grounds, parking areas, and winter weather tasks. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred.
• Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, interiors, and office/garage areas.
• Maintain grounds: landscaping, shrub beds, and cleanliness of picnic areas.
• Sweep parking lots and sidewalks; repair cracks and paint lines as needed.
• Shovel snow and apply ice melt to keep walkways safe.
• Promote safety culture and teamwork; adapt to evolving needs.
