Job summary

U.S. Facilities, Inc. is seeking dependable Attendants to help keep a Safety Rest Area in St. Marys, GA clean, safe, and welcoming for travelers. You will perform indoor and outdoor cleaning, maintenance, and grounds tasks under the Site Supervisor, with overtime and weekend shifts possible.

The role emphasizes teamwork, professionalism, and reliability, with opportunities to contribute to a safe, well-maintained facility for the public.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Maintenance experience preferred.
Willingness to work overtime, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Reliable transportation to and from the Company office.
Current, valid driver's license preferred.
Ability to comply with the Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.

Responsibilities

Restroom and Building Care: Clean and sanitize restrooms, stock dispensers, sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors; clean windows and dust surfaces.
Grounds and Landscaping: Maintain grounds, mulch shrub beds, and keep areas clean and inviting.
Parking Lots and Sidewalks: Sweep and maintain; repaint lines and address hazards; track needed repairs.
Winter Weather: Shovel snow and apply ice melt to keep walkways safe.
Safety and Teamwork: Promote safety culture and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
